Employers need to build a fairer, more inclusive workplace where carers are recognised, supported and empowered. 

 

Carers play an important role in families, communities and broader society by supporting others to have a better quality of life. 

 

While caring can be extremely rewarding, it can also be stressful and isolating if carers don’t get the support they need. 

 

By creating a carer-friendly workplace, employers can attract and retain talent and realise the organisational and social benefits of supporting carers.
