Retained Service Agreement
At hr2go Consultancy we can offer you a monthly retained service providing HR expertise through outsourced HR management that you would expect from your very own HR department in a flexible and cost effective manner.
This could include:
Access to employment relations and employment law advice when you need it.
Ongoing review of employment related changes to ensure your documentation and procedures remain legally compliant.
Day to day HR administration.
Depending on the requirements of your business you can simply join me as a client and then give me a call when you’re seeking an HR solution. You only pay when you use the service. Our hr2go Service enables you to tap into the experience and knowledge as and when you need it. This could include Project or Ad hoc work.
Project work can typically include HR audits and health checks, legal compliance (contracts, policies and procedures, employee handbook), HR strategy, change management, redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers, recruitment and psychometric profiling, training and development.
The scope of project work can be extensive but at hr2go Consultancy I want to ensure that any project management is clear in its aim, implementation and output. All rates would be agreed upon at the start of each project with an agreed timescale. If this were to change for any reason then agreement from both parties would be sought in line with the terms of engagement.
Ad hoc work
At hr2go Consultancy I understand you may not have a requirement for either a retained service or project work, therefore this competitive hourly rate will enable you to access the services available with flexibility.
