I have significant experience in advising, coaching, and training business leaders and people managers at all levels across a variety of sectors in all aspects of HR management and am passionate about understanding and defining your business needs and building lasting professional relationships while becoming a trusted HR partner to your business.
My approach is based on flexibility in providing the solutions that work for your business needs.
I am commercially focused, strategically aware and have experience of delivering bespoke HR solutions to businesses.
I am MCIPD qualified, a British Psychological Society (BPS) qualified test user, a Mental Health First Aider and a member of the CIPD.
I feel I excel at understanding a business’ culture and needs and building and maintaining a relationship of trust and confidence with business owners is important to me.
I understand the various challenges that come with people management and how difficult it can be to maintain levels of employee engagement and performance, whilst delivering your commercial results.
